I had bought a camper from another place local and had some problems that they wouldn't fix. Happened to drive by here and pull in to look. They made me feel like part of their family. Ended up getting me out of my camper and selling me a brand new one. I felt like they went out of their way to help me and get me something without any problems and back to happy camping. They have a great service department as well. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

I called Gibbs to get pricing on a new KZ Connect. They gave me the information I needed and without a hassle gave me pricing which was much better than what I could get at my local dealer in Dallas. Financing was simple with no high pressure and the rate was competitive with the best I could find on my own. Everything was made easy on the purchase. We had a few hiccups with the trailer but the minor isuues were addressed before the day of pickup. Jacob and Taylor did a wonderful job. Everyone at Gibbs made us feel comfortable while we were there and they put up with my then 16 month old running around while I looked everything over. Going to Gibbs was well worth the 2 hour and 15 minute drive.

WOW!!! Just wow! From the moment we started communicating with Jeff at Gibbs outdoor we were pleased. We brought our old trailer in for a trade and upgraded to a 2021 Sportsmen trailer. Jeff, Taylor, and Justin were nothing short of amazing. It is SO hard to find a business nowadays that actually listens to customers needs and works diligently to put their customers first! My husband and I both have nothing but high praises to this family run business, and will recommend anyone looking for a trailer, Camper, 5th wheel to this company! Keep it up guys, great experience all around. And I almost never give 5 star reviews because there’s always room for improvement. I feel confident knowing that if we have any needs that arise in the future with our new trailer that we will be taken care of with the same type of respect and care as we did when we purchased our travel trailer.

Shopped for our dream RV (for enjoying our retirement years) for a long, long time. Trips to several dozen dealers. Researched many luxury fifth wheel brands and available floor plans. Attended multiple major RV shows. The model that checked all the boxes for us was the 2021 K-Z Durango Gold G383RLT. Love the floor plan, features, build quality, full time living rating, and the phenomenal ceiling height, including the slides, as I’m a tall guy. The dealer we chose to buy from was Gibbs in Waco. Andrew and his entire staff really bent over backwards to make us feel valued as customers and to do the right thing to make us happy with our purchase. If you’re looking for an RV of any style or size, I highly recommend that you bypass the national chain RV stores and drive out to Gibbs Outdoor & Recreation in Waco, Texas. They will treat you RIGHT!
