We purchased an electric wheelchair for my dad. Like the wheelchair but their service is horrible! Just need to get a few things repaired and we can’t seem to get anything done. Owner please feel free to reach out to me.

I will tell you these people seem kinda rude. I was wanting to come in today so i called to make sure if i made it there before they close would that be ok. they states we close at five. they should have said sure come on in something. you know for a item with that price tag. Customer service means everything. at least to me it does, even when the guy called from there main location he was rude.. cause i was originaly going to come. in Saturday. Well now i am on the hunt for another Provider. so here i go.. but yall should really work on your customer service skills.

Close to where I live. I bought my vehicle there and I love it! It is an MV-1 and hard to find in this area. They have done the maintenance on it. I did write a negative review earlier but it was just a bad day for me and I kinda lashed out at them.

I will NOT recommend Mobility Works to people. I took my father-in-law's power chair here to have it worked on. Almost 2 weeks later my husband gets a phone call from them saying the batteries are dead, so we went and took them new batteries. Then about a week later and get another phone call saying that both of the motors are dead in it and that it would be 700 a piece to replace. We ended up going and getting the power chair from them and have to pay 105 to get it back from them. We took the power chair to a place in Temple call Don's where they looked at it and in the same day told us that it was not the motors that we're going out that instead it was the joystick that was going out in it. So long story short mobility works tried to rip us off by trying to get 1,400 out of us for something that was as simple as a joystick. I will not take any thing back to them to have them work on it for the simple fact of they try to scam people out of money and they don't get to it right away.
