They can't keep the power on when it gets below freezing outside. And then when they get the power back on it's already been multiple days and/or the power doesn't stay on. As I'm writing this the power keeps flashing on and off. I feel like Enron— I mean oncore— needs to get it together.

This company steals our money and then pretends the storm is the reason they have to shut power off. The real reason is poor management of money and padding their pockets instead of making the power grid stronger for emergencies. Our power has been out most of the day with it flickering here and there. Oncor is garbage!!! Too bad we cant move to a better company but we are all stuck.

If another power company comes to fruition I will DEFINITELY LEAVE this Incompetent, ineffective, hostile company. They knew in advance the turmoil this weather was going to bring, however, they did nothing to prepare adequately. Constantly wasting money with this \GOOD FOR NOTHING!!! SERVICES
