This is not what I would call true Texas BBQ. It's not bad or anything. Just don't come here for the Texas BBQ experience. Their chopped beef is more like shredded and it's sloppy. The sausage is really good. Potato salad is fantastic. My family is big on trying new places out, and this just wasn't a great place for True Texas bbq.

Best sliced brisket sandwich around!!!! Sissy Sauce is wonderful. Casual atmosphere, wonderful bbq. Real nice people working there. A win, win!!!!
This location is difficult to get to and where the drive thru is blocks the main way out so you have to either wait or go around to the back. Food is good and service is great.

It was freaking awesome! Had the 40 2LB meat & 2 sides deal... cam3 out 2b cheaper...
Rudy's off Valley Mills and I35 service road but also tight in around the circle. Place was clean, lots of food, keeping up with mandated mask but service makes up for it. Food was good, and I will go back soon.
The service was great!! The food... FANTASTIC!! Best BBQ I've had in a looong time.
