This was a great company to work with! I had a last minute need for scaffolding, price from HomeDepot was going to be more than 75/day, got the scaffolding I needed from Waco for 30/week! Excellent price, Mitch was great to work with. He asked several questions about my project, got me a quote in about 5 min, then he and several other employees helped me load everything up. He even went through all of the directions on how to setup and make sure I had exactly what I needed. Everything worked just as described. Will definitely do business with them again!

My experience with these folks was great. It was our first job of a magnitude large enough to require scaffolding, and from the initial call to the final invoice, I have zero complaints. Chris was my main point of contact, and he communicated with me promptly to make sure our needs were met, including removing sections on schedule, so that our project was never delayed. If anyone has any need for scaffolding, I cannot recommend Waco enough.

Do not rent from Waco, my whole experience has been a nightmare. To start they forgot to deliver half my scaffolding, they then tried to short my deposit by about 100. After that they have now taken days past there maxium refund timeline to refund my deposit. I have still yet to recive it and they claim accounting forgot me. They were 100% unwilling to work with me on there mistakes, as to why i felt i should leave this review for others. This was are companys first and last time doing business with them, hopefully they can get the help trained better because there prices where fair, but the service was horrid.

FAST AND FRIENDLY, I was very pleased with the service provided from Kevin at Waco. I called in my order at 3pm, picked up my scaffolding at 730am. Can't get much better than that.....oh, wait, yes it can. It was cheaper than I expected, by almost half. Thank you Kevin!! Much more business to follow.....

I talked to three different people trying to get scaffolding for a project. We started talking two weeks before the project was due, which I was told is plenty of time to get everything set up. After not receiving a promised contract in my email, I called only to be told by an obviously-annoyed worker that the date was already booked. I was promised a service and they didn't deliver at the last minute (a few days before my project), which will cost my nonprofit time and money.
