I just had to add an update. After settling my case I expected a wait of several weeks to get my money. Instead I get a call from Brittany 2 days later to tell me that my check was ready and then she went the extra mile by getting my account information and walking it over to my bank within a couple of hours to make the deposit on my behalf - all of this she did of her own volition! My case is settled and they still go the extra mile. To me that is the hallmark of a great practice to do business with and I will happily refer friends and family. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend the Carlson Law Firm. Ashley and Porsche guided me through the entire process with regular progress updates. I never once had to call to find out what was going on. The attorney, Ryan, was great about explaining all of my legal options and never once did I feel that the interests of the law firm were put above my own. Every person I had contact with was consistently professional, responsive and highly skilled - all while being empathetic and compassionate to how I, as the accident victim, felt about the process.
