They often take products that come in boxes with multiple in them that say not for individual sale and then break them up for individual sale and charge more than the whole combo pack box product originally was. A combo pack of 2 60 ml bottles goes for anywhere from 20 to 30 online. they then take the box that says not for individual sale break them up for individual sale and charge almost 30 for half of it. never order from the stores online marketplace if they ever reopen one all they have done is scammed people and let them down and not refunded money or ever delivered a product. Go read their many complaints on the BBB website or even the whole Facebook group dedicated to being scammed by this company. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I don’t know the chicks name that has helped me the last couple visits. I like her and thinks she’s really cool and knowledgeable on the products. Although, Yesterday as I was approaching the store I saw she was snuggled with guy on the couch (assuming it was her boyfriend) and making out with him. I found this to be very unprofessional and inappropriate. As I approached the doors she got up immediately and gave me great service. Lately I have not wanted to come by because I feel the store is not the same as when Givon was running the show. Yet I still do because no other store seems to carry my coils or are out of stock. And at least there’s 2 people there who has shown me courtesy and great customer service. I will still come by as this was just one mistake I’ve come across however, in the future I hope to not see this happening again.
Great service door is on opposite side of building of where you pull in made that mistake. The guy got up as soon as I came to the door gave great customer service made me a house juice (strawberry banana highly recommended) I was in and out the prices weren’t over priced all around great
Great prices on glass! Super clean environment. They always have something good playing on the TV and plenty of seating if there’s ever a wait. Staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely my favorite shop!
Definitely a great place to visit. This has been my favorite shop to come to for a long time and I have not regretted it once. Great juice, great glass, great service.
