The food was delicious!! The chicken was surprisingly super delicious. The flavors all around were on point. Service was fairly quick for freshly cooked food. The space is small but I like the positive messages on the wall and the overall positive vibe. I will be back for sure. I recommend.

Great waffles as always! First time to get a breakfast type deal. Not too shabby. The fruit was fresh and sweet. I would say the only thing lacking was the service. Just not the friendliest of cashiers but that’s probably not a reflection of her attitude towards work. Maybe just shyness. Tables were not clean either. But the food was great so they still get all their stars.
I went to Waffle Love for the first time today and got the Chicken & Waffles. It was delicious! I do think the chicken could have tasted a bit better, as the spices weren’t my absolute favorite, but it was definitely still great! The waffle was my favorite part. I tried it after the chicken and actually said ‘wow’ after the first bite. The quantity and quality of this meal is great for the price.
We usually LOVE eating here, but had a bad experience today. We arrived at the Draper location around 1:00pm and ordered three meals with chicken. After waiting 30 minutes, we said something. We were told the chicken still needed to cook, which wasn’t a big deal. Then a family (who arrived 30 minutes after us) got their chicken meals. We asked the counter again and were told again that they were working on it. At 1:50 we got up and left, at which point a worker (who arrived to work after we ordered and seemed like the only one who cared about getting us our food) ran out with two of our three chicken meals. We were very disappointed with our experience today. But we love the food!!! There were just too many unexperienced workers today.
I had the Banana Cream Pie...it was mouth watering tasty and melted in my mouth. Awesome place to enjoy!
Worst customer service! I came here on Valentine’s day morning around 10:50am and ordered chicken waffle, avocado waffle, and Red Wonder. I understand it was busier than usual. The Red wonder came out first with the coffee (by then people behind us already gotten their orders and left). Then I asked Kate (I am not even sure it that is her real name, there were no name tags) where the rest of our order was. She then said they will come out. I also asked why our order was late and why people have been getting their orders earlier than us. She then said, “um because there are 20 Doordash orders and other people ordered simpler waffles.” I was surprised by her response because she didn’t apologize once for the delay or never told us how long it would take. Customer service definitely needs work at this store. Let’s talk about food. The coffee, it was decent, but there was sticky caramel on the side! The avocado toast? Avocado was tossed on the side. The chicken waffle was delicious and Red Wonder delicious as always. The place needs some cleaning too. Every now and then the guy would come out with his rags and water and start scrubbing but I am not sure if it even was all that sanitary. Real disappointment when other stores are more professional than this store. I hope my tip goes to some other worker and not that girl (rude and unprofessional).

This Waffle Luv location is hands down... the VERY best!!! I don’t live in Draper anymore, but I still make the drive to get a Nutella Luv waffle fix every month! I’ve tried the locations closer to my house but it’s literally never the same as this location. They do a great job and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to survive without them! Thank you for my monthly fix!
