This place made a horrible first impression. I walked in and they’re out of strawberries so there goes a good chunk of waffles, including the one I wanted. Then they announced that they’re not serving any savory waffles. Which is half their menu. Got here right before a small rush (10:30am Sunday) and the next people that walked in were told that it’s a 30-40 minute wait. They left and I would’ve too. Then I get my waffle and low and behold there’s strawberries on it. If I would’ve known that then I would’ve gotten the waffle I actually wanted. At least the waffle was good. I’ll think twice about coming back. Also important to note that this was only an hour and a half after they opened.

With bright yellow booths, the Waffle Love in West Jordan is the cutest in town. The staff is always friendly, and of course, the waffles are DELICIOUS! My favorites are the Red Wonder, the Chicken & Waffles, and the Breakfast Sammy. Whether you want something sweet or prefer savory, Waffle Love has something you're going to love.
This location isn’t nearly as neat as the fort union one. There were only two other people in the restaurant and our waffles took 20 minutes. The bathrooms stunk and were not cute at all like the fort unions store. They literally couldn’t even be bothered to put an “employees must wash hands” sign on the wall and just sloppily wrote it on the wall with marker instead. Next time I pay 36 for waffles I’m going to go to the fort union one and get a nice cool looking restaurant with it.
They have a great selection of items on their menu. The waffle it’s self is wonderful! A perfect balance of light and fluffy inside with a caramelized outer shell. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is portion size. For 10 I would say that they could give you more. I’m always left a little hungry afterwards and they don’t offer much for filler on the side.
We placed an order on 3/28 online cause it showed they were open and they were closed. There was about 7-8 people waiting for their online pickup. I called the mod ale store and they said it looks like someone didn’t show up for work. Someone? Or the whole crew cause it was still completely locked up. Totally unacceptable. Will be getting a refund for sure cause we obviously never got our food!! Conveniently as I post this. It’s now showing closed... unbelievable.
This is my favorite place to eat! They sometimes take a little longer than anticipated but they are always so kind and the food is worth every second! I come here every chance I get, definitely recommend!
First impressions are everything to me. Walked in about 6:00 pm last night and ordered two waffles for my significant other and I. It seemed pretty understaffed, as there were only two girls seen working (one would be mixing the eggs, while the other would be working on the line; one would be bagging while the other would be taking orders; both ladies had to be off the prep station so they could sanitize the tables, even though there would be customers waiting). Waited about a half hour-40 minutes for our food; was a little disappointed. However, the waffles were not cold, were decorated nicely, and was very filling. The two employees were wearing masks, and knew which tables had not been sanitized.
I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 11:35 today. It was a curbside pickup order. I called the store when I arrived to pick it up and they said it would be a few more minutes which wasn't an issue. As I waited, I saw them deliver an order to another car. I called them after waiting 20 minutes to ask for an update on my order and they had delivered my order to the wrong car. They offered to remake the order but I didn't want to keep waiting since it had already been too long. They refunded my order and apologized but I felt that more could have been done. My partner has used the curbside feature before to get us food but this is the first time we've had an issue with it. The food from here is delicious but I'm disappointed with my experience today. I won't be using the curbside feature again.
