Excellent unit in an excellent property. The management company was also excellent and easily reached for questions we had. We enjoyed out stay very much. The only thing I can say that disappointed me was that the entire property is smoke free. I enjoy an occasional cigar and this is the first time that I have stayed in a property that did not have any area whatsoever for smokers. Frankly this is a deal killer for me and although I liked everything about the property, I would not return. Ironically, the upscale market in the Queens Marketplace sells premium cigars which begs the question, who would buy one when there is almost literally no place to smoke them.

Virtual property management disaster. Scary cheap prices for a reason, no knowledgable people on the ground to assist, phone lines are answered by a central call center somewhere else and the cleanliness was terrible. The standards would pass for a cheap hostel but not for a whole home vacation rental. I would never use Vacasa again, it's not worth it. I prefer to stay with an organization that is rooted/based in the area I am vacationing. You cant do the job virtually!

I booked a VRBO through this agency. The room was full of hair, dirty linens (the wash cloth was literally yellow when it should have been white!!), and the mattress on the bed was so bad that my wife and I couldn't even sleep in the bed together on our honeymoon. I do not recommend using this company because it is clear they emphasize making money over customer satisfaction. The woman who answered my wife's call on the matter asked her multiple times why she was calling instead of caring about the issues. I'm convinced they doctor their reviews. Avoid this company like the plague! You can find better options for everywhere you would want to stay that come with a satisfaction guarantee and care that you enjoy your stay. Vacation is precious time whatever the reason- do not rely on their clearly outdated reviews!

どこにでも居る、感じの悪いチェックインの女に当たってしまった。 直ぐに反対側の男性に替えたが、そちらは感じが良かったし、日本語の出来る女性も良い。 ただ一人の従業員が其の施設の代表として見られる。 「亜米利加だから、英語で話せ」だって(;_A 成人後の人生の殆どが海外在住だから、使われないラテン語も含めて一応五カ国語は出来るが、アメリカは最初のころだから発音が・・・。

此処でコハラとベイクラブのチェックイン・アウトします。 OPツアーもチャーター以外は、此処で会います。 日本語では数人が対応出来るが、反対に馬鹿対応する田舎者女もいるので其の場合はまともな係員が殆どなので他の人に代えましょう。
