This Place is the Absolute Best! One of the best rewards for our military service. It has a very rich history including WWII. This place is way off the beaten path, very secluded, and serene. The cabins are quaint, private and peaceful. The private, uncrowded beach is beautiful. There are a few amenities to include a shoppette and rental equipment to make your stay. If you want peace and quiet in the midst of beauty, this is it! Thanks for the Awesome Memories Bellows!!!

Beautiful waters and uncrowded beaches. Camping spots available. Lots of trees, birds, wild peacocks, etc.. A great spot: military ID needed (active or retired).

For the location, price and views it simply cannot be beat. One of the best places to stay on the island, whether you’re a local with military base access or just coming through on your vacation. Only downside is the houses books up months upon months in advance—so start planning well in advance of your trip if you plan on spending a few nights here. But if you’re able to you’ll be able to enjoy some quiet, uncrowded beaches and some really scenic sights. There is a driving range, putt putt, three volleyball courts, walking path, and a nice recreation center with pool tables and foozeball to play entertain yourself if the beach gets too hot.

If you're not a veteran or active duty, then you are out of luck unless you can find someone eligible who can sponsor you. However, you should absolutely stay here for at least a couple of days if you're able. I was working in Hawaii for a month and brought my family here for a weekend after staying at the Embassy Suites for a couple weeks and it was amazing. There is no A/C in the cabins but it was March so there was no issues there. There a ton of positives for staying here: (1) you're literally maybe 20 feet from the beach. (2) The access keeps the crowds to a minimum which is honestly probably the best part about the place. (3) Full kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator if you prefer to keep costs low and you have a grill available at each cabin. Not a good option if you're trying to surf or ride waves but plenty of options are nearby from here, if that's your goal. This is the absolute best and cheapest option available in terms of beach access with minimum crowds.

Extraordinary beach with big waves. I was able to get in by being with someone who served in the military. I’m not sure if you are able to get in without this connection, but despite this it was an awesome beach with great water and waves

BEAUTIFUL! I great staycation local. Facilities are good and the showers are hot, although it needs an update with some things but doesn't everything in Hawaii. GREAT camping if your a camper that loves the beach this is for you. CURRENTLY NO SUBWAY OR GAS STATION FILL UP OFF POST. Convenient is open but the hours are shorter due to covid.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton but for the price, I LOVE IT! Everything is there except the food. The environment is peaceful & the atmosphere serene. Nature is at its best there.

A nice clean perfect beach, the outside section is for everyone. Behind the gate, there is for military ID card holder. Good for camping as well.
