My wife and I purchased a king split air adjustable bed in March. We absolutely love it! Only thing I regret is not getting the upgraded pillow top. The owner was not pushy at all on our sale! He answered every question we had which with the money we spent was reassuring. I've slept on a sleep number bed before and for the money I get as good sleep. Thank you!

The worker was above knowledge in all of the products, before going in here though know exactly what your looking for so they can hey you on the right bes and budget. They give coupon for in store item for your new bed such as sheets and that. Way to much variety of beds, but they make them right there which is always a nice feeling. Very knowledgeable worker so any bed questions, concerns bring to his attention. Very friendly and outgoing. Bedroom sets available. Warranties. Bed option galore!
When I bought my bed my wife and I were hesitant it was the first place we shopped and we did like the bed (it was what we both wanted) I told the salesman we wanted to look around and he kept talking about there 100 day comfort guarantee and how if the mattress wasn’t what we wanted they stand behind there products so we bought it. The first two weeks the mattress was awesome i slept great after that it sunk in and it’s like sleeping on a old wore out mattress I called and was told I had to talk to the owner he is the only one who can deal with the guarantee and he will leave a note for him to call me. I waited about three weeks and the owner never called so I called him on a Wednesday (after having the bed about a month and a half) he told me it was normal because the bottom layer of foam needs to break in and to rotate the mattress so I did. After another month i called him and back and told him it still feels like a board he said I could up grade and put a pillow top on it for 299 there guarantee is a joke they do nothing to make sure you are comfortable like there guarantee says the salesman implied if we didn’t like it we could return with a refund buyer beware you are stuck with what you buy I would never go there again
NO RETURNS. No one at the store will tell you that you can not return the bed. They only talk about their 100 night guarantee. What is a guarantee when you can't return the product. It's very misleading. Every morning I wake up with a sore back and am reminded how much I hate this bed. The owner even left a 5 star review here to bump the rating, how shady is that? The other 5 star ratings are probably his friends.
Went in looking for a thick mattress pad, bought the one that was recommended as being really thick. Got home opened it up, and was just short of see-through. Tried to return it the next day and was told only the owner could do returns and he's there Tuesday and Wednesday's. Finally able to make it there on a Wednesday only to be told there is no return on open items, but I could buy something else with a discount. I guess this is where "BUYER BEWARE" comes in. So take the warning instead of making several trips.
Some bad reviews here and I'm not sure why. I was a little hesitant at first, but my girlfriend bought a bed from here a month prior and loves it. Mike was great and made the process simple. I've only slept on my bed for two nights now and it's a little firmer than the one on the showfloor but that was to be expected and I knew that ahead of time. I've also had experience with the delivery guys twice now and they are nice and friendly and will clean up after themselves. I'm very happy with my experience.

we love the mattress, it is very comfortable ! we had great service too. my daughter slept on our mattress, and said she was not achy in the morning for the first time. She now has the same mattress, but we purchased it under our name. do we still get the 50.00 credit in the store ?
