I just started seeing this vet when I got 2 puppies Nov 2020. So far I am extremely impressed!! I love the fact that they have an app!!! My other vet did not. Everyone I have spoken to is just so nice. It’s unfortunate I can’t actually meet the vets due to Covid, but so far I am very impressed and would recommend them!!

Although it was a bad time for me cause I lost my baby of 14ys, the dr I spoke to was very upfront & honest so I appreciate everything that was done for her!

I absolutely love this vets office! We have been taking all of our dogs for over 15 years here and it has been great! They are all so kind and helpful.

I will never spend another penny at this place. As a former customer who trusted WFAH with multiple pets over the last 20 years, it's time to part ways. I recently found an injured stray cat that I knew was going to need a lot of work. Like many of you, Covid and 2020 has impacted me financially. I figured the vet bill would be 500 or 600. When I called and said that I could pay 350 today, and the rest in a few days once I get paid again. I was told that \they are a small business and we don't do that here.\ That's fine. It's your business and you have the right to run it however you want. I don't expect favors, but it became painfully clear to me that day that money is your driving factor, not trying to take care of animals. With that being said, Companion Animal Hospital in Wakefield not only agreed to accommodate my request, they treated the injured animal for free because I said I would provide him with a forever home. (No collar or chip, no replies to my flyers posted in the neighborhood.) Something to think about when you decide where to spend your money on pet care.

The employees/ doctors are so caring! We had to put down our dog during COVID, and they let us come in the office and take our time saying goodbye. A couple days later, we received a card in the mail and everyone had signed it and offered their condolences. This was above and beyond and was very personal. We have a new puppy and they are now caring for him! I can’t recommend them enough!
