We had to have our car towed to Crossroads Nissan late at night. We left the key with a note in the overnight dropbox. The next day, late morning, we called to get a status on the car and they said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. The service department was great to work with. The service was very fast.

Had a warranty issue with my car. I left the car in the Service area on a Sunday night and put my keys in the night drop. 1st thing Monday, I got a phone call from Service Advisor Martin, with an assessment of my car, assurance that the parts were ordered and an expected date of completion that was very reasonable. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Martin was unavailable and I was assisted by Varick. For a Dealership to have one employee as good as these two are, it is nice to find. For a Dealership to have two people this good, that shows an obvious dedication to quality and customer service by the management team. I highly recommend this Dealership for the Service experience. I have also purchased vehicles here. Great to have this team close to my house.

I had a flat tire while traveling to Raleigh and had to stop in Knightdale. I called AAA and the representative put on the spare tire and placed the flat tire in the back of my vehicle. I asked if there was a Nissan dealership on close by and he told me about Nissan in Wake Forest. When I arrived the gentleman at the service desk came out, inspected the tire and said I needed a new tire. He was very helpful with getting the tire replaced before the service department closed. I really appreciated his help and was thankful the service department opens on Saturdays!!!

Great experience! Easy to work with and had our vehicle back to us quickly! The repair itself...wonderful! It's great to have heat again and new brakes. The heat issue was under warranty and they honored it with no issues whatsoever. Will definitely use them in the future need be.
