Very pleased with Goldfish Swim School - Wake Forest! My child looks forward to each lesson (8 so far) and really likes all the instructors! They are very positive and motivating. He feels much more confident in the water now, and I believe their approach in moving up levels (ribbons & certificates) is great for his self-esteem. I feel comfortable in their safely protocols (including for COVID). Their app is super easy to use and convenient to change times, which helps us tremendously with all of our kid’s activities. Thanks to everyone there for the great experience!

Our experience has truly been magnificent. The staff is helpful, the teachers are knowledgeable and their safety protocols all around are on point and reassuring. My son loves to go to class and has learned so much. Truly is great place.

We have been swimming at Goldfish Swim School Wake Forest since they opened back in 2018. All 3 of my kids love it there. They get excited to see their instructors each week and always get out of the pool feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment. My family has also felt extremely safe, since their pandemic reopening, as the strict cleaning procedures and distancing as well as health checks and lane dividers make us feel comfortable with our children attending. Keep up the awesome work GF!

The Mini 2 Class is excellent. The teacher was able to help our baby girl overcome her fear of the water and start having fun by the second lesson. Great job!

My daughter has been progressing so well. She loves coming to class weekly and has become so confident in her abilities. This is one of the best investment into my child. Seeing her growth let’s me know I will be at ease when we take our next family vacation... thank you to each teacher she has has. I’m looking forward to seeing her go further .

We love the Goldfish Swim School! My son has been enrolled since he was 7 months old. He’s 3 now and in the Junior 1 class. We live by a pond, so water safety is of the utmost importance to our family. The primary aim for the babies and toddler age is to get them familiar with the feel of the water and teach them the basics of water safety. Our little guy is not swimming like a fish yet, but we are on our way to success and he LOVES attending every week.

The teacher are good. Facility is clean. But one of our son’s was attending for months, he had improved but yet wasn’t moved to the next level. Finally, we brought it to the head swim teachers attention & she advanced him. Isn’t it their job to pay attention to our child’s level & when you advance? Then once he advanced we had to reschedule the lessons. At the desk, they told us that the next week we would keep the same schedule, but the following week we would change to the new time. Well, the next week we got there & we weren’t on the schedule. That day my husband sat at the desk, confirmed that we had the next weeks lesson at 11:00. He put it in his calendar & confirmed verbally 2x with them. Well, the next week rolls around, we show up with our 2 eager boys ready to swim & they had us down for the wrong time. Then they said “didn’t you get the email confirming your time”. If we confirmed the time 2x verbally in their presence, why should we have to check the email? The front desk obviously has not been inputting things correctly into the computer & it is very disappointing. We will be pulling our children from goldfish since they can’t get it together.
