Saturday afternoon at the coast. Gotta have seafood, right? Cap'n Jack's caught my attention because of my Dr. Who fixation. The restaurant was not open but they were serving in the pub and raw bar. The are still taking COVID-19 seriously. Had a stuffie (stuffed quahog) for appetizer. Nice and plump and tasty. Main meal was the clam combo. Clam chowder and 3 clam cakes (my first time). The chowder was a little thin but had plenty of clam and potatoes. The clam cakes were Ike big hush puppies. I couldn't taste the clam in them. Overall a very good experience for a blustery winter day.

We went to to try this reataurant with my husband he was visited this place for like 30yrs ago and he wanted me to experience. The staff was very nice we stayed back of the restaurant under the table woth umbrella. The food serving was generous amount. You 'll get what you want the clam chowder rhode island style was delicious.

Practically empty because of Covid, so social distancing wasn't a problem. Food was good, we all had seafood.

Just okay. Definitely not worth the price you pay for the food. Clam chowder was okay, not much flavor. Broiled scallops were the best part of the meal. But still...I could make better at home. Drinks were served in plastic cups?! Waitress was nice. I do not recommend at all. Will not return!

Raw bar and pub is rockin. Mellow 70s tunes, 3 football games, a view of the water, and a fun TV. Great service. Lobster stew IS chock FULL of chunks of lobster, not too salty, not too much sherry, BIG portion. Grilled pizza was good. I would prefer a slightly thinner crust. A very pleasant place to have a long late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Oh and they have an outdoor patio with plexiglass walls. Looks like a perfect way to stay out of the wind.
