Love this place. A buddy of mine tried to install a double din radio in my car. The entire radio set up was a nightmare. Took my car over to Wakefield car audio, they were friendly and professional people. They got radio installed and looking beautiful in my car. I'm glad I went to Sammy and Alex who do affordable and quality work!

I just got a stereo installed in my van and I am very pleased with the service provided. They are very knowledgeable and customer service exceeded my expectations! The installation took about an hour but time flew because the manager/owner was really pleasant and courteous. After installation the manager showed me how the system works and he actually helped me to get my Bluetooth going. Thank you guys for all your help!!!

Amazing customer service and not like the typical car audio places that just try to get your money. They actually care about their customers and make sure everything is straight before you leave. I hadn't had a sound system since High School and wanted some bass. I started out by going to a different shop in Garner but they were complete jerks. Basically if you didn't buy it from them they wouldn't install it. I decided to rebel and buy my own stuff online anyway. With new stuff in hand, I needed a good shop to install it. Other places in the Raleigh area seemed like they had bad reviews or were overpriced. I eventually decided to make the trip to Wake Forest and talk to the guys at Wakefield Car Audio. Alex gave me a quote on Friday night and was able to fit me in the very next day to install an amp, subwoofer, and new CD receiver. The installation was perfect. I wasn't prepared for the entire inside of my car to rattle! I'm not complaining but man, apparently Honda Civics have A LOT of plastic that rattles around inside. I then decided to buy some sound deadening material and went back one week later for the guys at Wakefield Car Audio to install it. Sammy, Alex, Serge, Z... all these guys worked on my car at some point and are just really nice, professional people who know their stuff when it comes to car audio. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat over bigger shops. Go here if you want to be treated fairly and have the job done right. Thanks again guys.
