I purchased a Storm Tec jacket from Kenyon Embroidery on 11/16/2019. Yes, I’m a little late in posting this. I was at the National Dog Show outside of Philadelphia PA. I paid them 235.20. I was told at approx 1 month from that date that the jacket was on back order. They continually gave me excuses by text and would never speak to me on the phone. About April of 2020 they said it was in and would be shipped that week. It never arrived and the communication completely stopped. I believe I was blocked. I was never rude or disrespectful. I just wanted my jacket. I missed the cutoff date to do a charge back with my debit card because I believed their word and waited for the jacket. I believed these people would eventually send me my jacket. My husband attempted to email the female co owner and she responded with “I will look into this”. I believe she’s still looking because we never heard back. I ended up purchasing this jacket 11/20. The jacket cost me approx 280 from the manufacturer. In the end I ended up paying 515 for this jacket. I hope this helps to steer people away from this company. They are dishonest and evidently don’t know how to financially run a business. I know that Covid has hurt many but this happened pre Covid. I was never even offered a partial refund. I hope they see this review. Maybe they will think twice about taking advantage and stealing customers money. There is another review here regarding the same situation and same type of refusal to honor our order. CF

Kenyon Embroidery does great work. I was walking through a dog show and stopped at their booth to take a quick look at the jackets they had available. The owners asked if I wanted anything stitched on the jacket. They took the logo off my website and had my jacket ready the same day. Great service and prices! I would highly recommend Kenyon Embroidery and will be going back for more shirts, jackets and logos.
It's a shame that this company strung me along until there was nothing more I could do. I ordered an embroidered shirt from them last October, and they said they would have to send it to me. I didn't get it until December, at which time I let them know the order was incorrect. They sent me a men's size instead of a women's size. They kept stringing me along saying they would fix it, and then finally quit responding to my e-mails. Such a shame. The work I have seen has been nice, but their customer service for mistakes is really, really bad.
We purchased two chairs and had also ordered two embroidered chair back as Xmas presents at the national dog show we only received one back in the mail I did contact the owners several times even providing the invoice numbers as well as pictures of the receipts each time was a different excuse and now they will not respond to me at all horrible customer service and from what I’ve heard we are just one of many customer they have done this to
