I bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Liberty Mazda and my whole experience was very good! The dealer I spoke to was Paul, and he was super nice about the whole sales process. The finance and service team ensured I got a ready to go car within a couple of days. The car itself was immaculately maintained and I absolutely love it! Will definitely recommend!

Liberty is a great place when you need help with your car’s service. I’ve had a wonderful experience with everyone I’ve met here. They’re honest, courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. Jon, a service adviser is always smiling, very informative and he genuinely cares. He makes me feel like he’s on my side. I trust him and the entire service crew here!
We booked an appointment for a test drive 26-Sep-2020. We liked one of the cars and were concerned about the legroom. So we asked for a test drive. The sales rep was hesitant to offer the test drive on the first request saying if we are concerned about the legroom in the car then we shouldn't be going on test drive since we might not buy that car. We also asked for an appraisal for one off cars but the appraisal wasn't done citing very trivial reason saying unless we wanted to sell the car, there is no point going for an appraisal. He also kept telling if budget was for x amount then we shouldn't be look for cars in x4000 range, instead of availing us different loan opinions. We are going to buy the car within a week but with this type of customer service, I am not certain if we should go to this showroom to buy the car anymore. We have also been to Mazda near Danvers and I would highly recommend checking out that Mazda showroom, where you will be given a formal demonstration of the car and various car options apart from good customer service.
