This place was so great. I've never written a review for anything before- so that's saying something. Truly magical. Great place for kids.

This place has been around for decades. Bring your bug spray, this is not a good place for parents who don't watch their children. For everyone else, it's quite magical with sculptures in every nook and cranny on your stroll. It stretches out almost 2 acres - wear tennis shoes. It's worth it!

An amazing experience for everyone, a beautiful mixture of the political, the fantastical, the surreal, and the macabre. Great for all people of all ages, especially kids.

The sculptor died in 2015(?) Shortly before first time we visited. Daughter said it would be some time before they decided what to do with father's art. We wanted to buy something then. Did allow us to walk around. It was wierdly amazing. Returned this year. 2017, Saddened to see what a message. Lawnmowers sitting everywhere. Called out; no one answers. Lots of detritus and kids toys blocking paths. Don't bother stopping. No place to pull off even. We were trying to get out of drive and person yelled "hey, tearing up my yard." Couldn't see a yard. But person was there; chose not to answer our several loud calls.

I'm a little biased, because I'm related to the sculptor, and it will be hard to remain objective in writing a review because I remember watching him create some of the sculptures in this massive collection. The Recycle Art Sculpture Garden covers roughly 4 acres of land, much of which is well maintained and wheel chair accessible (With assistance for some hilly areas, and a word to the wise in the spring, the lower areas do get a bit spongy.) Sculptures of varying size, theme, and style line the paths of the garden making for a pleasant stroll on a grassy roadway that forms a loop of much of the property. If you're a lover of junk metal art, a fan of those who follow the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle," or a young artist looking for inspiration, it is well worth the trip. I go back often throughout the year and always find something new, something freshly created or simply something I missed the last time I visited. Some pieces are for sale for those who must have, and it's always worth inquiring. You can't get this stuff at Walmart you know.
