AMAG has changed my families life in so many ways!!! This gym and its amazing coaches push you to be a better version of yourself. My children are more confident. I am more confident. I have lost about 20 pounds and gained so much knowledge. I feel like I'm apart of more than an amazing team but a super supportive family. I have sweat and shed tears with these folks. I feel blessed to have them at my back.

Had an amazing time lastnight training with coach James. I am visiting from out of town and called the place up hoping to meet the team and get a few rolls in. Coach said he would love to have me on the mats. The studio is small and team are small but the coach has a big personality that makes you feel like your right at home. Training style was very relaxed yet the lesson had some very technical transitions. I was quite pleased. I would love to get some more training in before the vacation ends. This gym has brought so much courage and tenacity to my sons life. They are a brother and sisterhood that brings a since of a belonging to young men. As a single Mom of a nine and six year old, I was fortunate to meet Coach James and his wife. My sons took to the sport almost right away and I love that it is every day! I love how I have seen my sons grow with the coaches and in tournaments and now I even do it myself in the adult class! You cannot go wrong with AMAG!!

Thank you to ALL of the coaches at AMAG! The youth program is phenomenal and it gave our son the opportunity to enhance his confidence, self-esteem and the courage we knew he had deep down within. The skills and knowledge that he has learned is invaluable! The continuous encouragement and reassurance during class and at EVERY competition is priceless! Being a part of the AMAG FAMILY is incredible. The coaches strive for excellence and they instill that in all of the students. Aiming for the win is always the goal but if you don't earn the win, there is always next time. Our coaches encourage every student to practice harder and come back better and stronger. The camaraderie among the students is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better gym for my child. Not only do they encourage discipline on the mats, the teach the kids to be disciplined at home and at school. Training helps them to focus and pay more attention to detail than children normally would. My son had always been a great student but values that we teach him at home coupled with what is taught at the gym has catapulted him to academic excellence. They coaches teach on and OFF the mats. They help with homework, they talk about being a good person, they lead by example and they treat you like FAMILY! I am proud to be an AMAG parent and a part of such an amazing group of people!

I have been going to this gym for about three weeks now, and it has been an amazing experience. Besides it being the best martial arts gym that I have attended, the atmosphere that the coaches create is very comfortable and accepting. This is a place where I can interact with great people, and explore something that I am passionate about. Instruction is clear to understand and meticulous, Coach James has an interesting and engaging style of teaching, couldn't have asked for anything better
