Curbside is horrible. Inside pick-up is horrible. It actually is faster if you go inside, shop and check-out yourself; customer service is literally THAT bad at this store. You will wait just as long, if not longer, doing inside/curbside pickup.
Customer service itself is also horrendous. The employees clearly hate their jobs and make it known to the customer. The older gentlemen (Tom?) who is always at the customer service desk is so unbelievably rude. Expect at least a 20 minute wait, on a good day, at the customer service desk.
FYI: If you’re picking up an online order, you stand in the only line they have (customer service) and wait...and wait...and wait as there is no separate check-in for picking up online orders. I could shop and check-out faster (and have, when forgotten something and left spouse in line for online order) than stand in line to pick up my online order. Most likely you will also wait in this line for curbside pickup because no one will be coming to your vehicle, regardless of you checking in, and eventually you will wander into the store wondering why they are taking so long.
No one cares so complaining is useless.
If you like the products, find the prices decent, have the patience to deal with the chaos of their gas station, have the ability and time to shop yourself (because inside pick-up and curbside take longer than shopping yourself for some very odd reason) and hopefully never need employee assistance, you’re golden. Otherwise, just go to Costco.
I mean, it is Waldorf. We don’t have much available in the area, outside of nail salons, traffic, banks, traffic, gas stations, traffic, auto stores, traffic, run down used car places, traffic, warehouse churches, traffic, the same fast food wannabe-restaurants and more traffic, so of course horrible service is acceptable here.
