I am so appreciative of the professional, polite manner in which I was treated. I had created a MAJOR problem with my car, trying to fix something myself. There was no condescension expressed, though I REALLY deserved it. I received very clear explanations regarding what had happened and the possible strategies that could be used to resolve the issue. Boswells was prompt, efficient, kind, and informed. I will continue to use Boswells for my automotive needs, simply because I trust them to do what is best for my car.

I get very anxious whenever I have to bring a vehicle in to a mechanic. I try to do basic repairs myself and google instructions. Like everyone else in these economic times, time and money has been very tight with us, so I was very hesitant to bring Old Bessie to the doctor. After weeks of searching for an auto shop I felt comfortable with, I stumbled upon Boswell's Auto Service on Social Media. So with hesitation, I called the number and from the moment I spoke to Rachel on the phone tothe moment I met Tom, I knew Bessie was in good hands. They were very pleasant and kind, unlike other auto shops in the area who treat you rudely with no personality because you're taking up there time. I dropped Old Bessie off Tuesday morning, by Tuesday evening I received a call from Tom explaining everything in detail as to what needed done and even recommended cheaper alternatives to help keep the final invoice as low as possible. Here it is Friday morning and Bessie is home and drives like she did back in 2004 when she was born. Thank You so much Rachel, Tom, and the rest of the crew at Boswells for not making me open up my jar of Vasoline. I will definitely be returning whenever Bessie is sick or any of our other vehicles.

They never exceeded the estimate and once checked a problem at no charge. As long as we reside in S. Maryland we will take our automotive problems to them. We highly recommend them.
