Nice place to unload they have 2 door on the back for delivery take 2 hours to unload almost a full trailer all freight on floor. Overnight parking ok. Place is inside the shopping stores.

I really enjoy Pier 1! There's so much great unique merchandise. I appreciate how items are arranged so it gives a clear picture that inspires creative ideas. The furniture selections are amazing. A good way to spend an afternoon...the customer service is 10!!
It's closing but it is a nice store with food quality items.
Sad. I think Inwas invisible at the store Employees look at me and they didnt even offer help at all, they not even said hello whem I got in.
I love the different styles they have and choice. But it is expensive! ;_; the employees are really friendly though and willing to help!
I gave this store a 5 start because I had the best customer service experience when I came in by one of the staff there, her name it’s UNIQUE she’s a sales leader! Like she when above and beyond to answer all my question with no attitude or telling to hold on or that she got others she got to go take care of, I love the fact that she gave me her time to help me as much as she can with placing online order, and browsing to the store for some frames that I was looking at and checking the price for each item that was on sale. She did it all with a big smile and a bubbly personality. If ya need a great Custumer service and someone to answer all ur question when you come in without feeling overwhelmed while your shopping I’ll recommend looking her when you come in to shop you won’t be disappointed.
Do to be clear, they didnt have what we were looking for, but the staff was friendly, outgoing, and did their best to be helpful. Overall a great experience which will bring me back in the future.
I usually don't come in Pier 1 to browse. However, I was looking for some decor and accent pieces for my living room. Found several nice things and they were well priced. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center. The store seemed a bit crowded to me though. But overall I found what I wanted.
