1) They have no make-up days in Charles County Md for holidays. 2) It is unlikely that they will return to pick up your trash if they miss your scheduled date. 3) They have missed my pick-up 3 out of the last 7 times. No credit to my account will be issued. 4) They are rude and fill of excuses when you call. 5) They turn off the phones during regular business hours. 6) The Best Review we all have is, where we spend our money. After 10 years with Evergreen, I will spend it with a company that offers make-up days & who is less expensive.
