Smithaauto were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable with all of the work done on my car. All of the guys I met had an appreciation for cars which was reassuring because it made the experience more than just paying for services. Their care and attention to detail was appreciated and put my mind at ease. My experience with Craftsman was probably the best I've ever had with an auto service shop and I'll definitely return in the future. The waiting room was inviting and the facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this shop.

This place has saved me several times..! The mechanics are great at explaining the issue, taking you step by step on how to fix the issue, not to mention that they are very friendly. Very grateful that I found a place that I feel I can trust with my car. Absolutely recommend this place

I have taken my cars here for the past 10 years. They are very professional, accommodating and most importantly, honest. I have never felt like they tried to manufacture the need for a repair or a part. Have never had to wait an extended amount of time for an appointment, which is good because I typically forget that my cars need to be serviced or inspected until just before or just after such service becomes due. Highly recommend them!

It’s very hard to find good customer service these days, and these guys are GREAT! It’s always a pleasant experience here whether I’m only there for an oil change or major mechanical works, they’ve always taken great care of me. And owner is great... he’s very straightforward regarding on what you need and whatnot, NEVER try to up sales you on stuffs you don’t need. I’ve definitely recommended this place to everyone I know.

These guys always take good care of me. Went in for an oil change, and they said the lug nut had been stripped since it was put on too tight the last time (my car dealership changed my oil previously, not these guys). They fixed it up for me and got me a new lug nut and changed the oil no problem. Don't go to your dealer. Go here.
