Kevin Jones provided exceptional customer service in professional and courteous manner. He gave us a couple of scenarios that could work for us and told us about possible rebates and programs. We were able to make an informed decision and decided to give it a try. The application process was quick and fairly simple. He advised us of each step in the process and we got through the process keys in hand hassle free in no time.
