Although we have been several times, I’m always impressed that I learn something new every visit. The staff is very kind & informative. We also enjoy the Zoom presentations, and then returning to see some of the names or places we’ve learned about in those presentations. Good also for our kiddos (both under 10) who are learning about the area, their history, and the history of the area

A must visit! Tons of priceless historic pieces well displayed!! Friendly & knowledgeable staff!!!
Simple and educational museum. The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions and recommendations that were really thoughtful. The material in the museum filled us in on history of the area and their evolution over time. Well curated. Worth a stop!
If you live in the \Upstate\ and you have not been to the Oconee history museum you should make time to go. It is worthwhile.
Nice historical museum that gives history of the area and nice displays of a variety of eras represented.
