AWESOME! I first used this company in the spring 2020 to service my A/C. Great service and the tech answered questions I had about the duct work in my older home. I scheduled the heating maintenance for later i the year then. I tried installing a thermostat myself and well lets just say it didn't go as I hoped. Since I knew I would be having my heating maintenance soon, I went ahead and called to schedule it and have them fix the issue I caused. Johnny was great!! Great communication and polite. Signed on for another year of maintenance service.

We returned home after an extended vacation to find that the cooling system was not functioning properly. I called Walker and they came out the next day. The technician was on time (early actually), identified and fixed the problem and charged us less than the estimate. We could not be happier with the outcome and we’re impressed by the technician’s honesty and work ethic.
