We recently rented a pontoon. It was delivered to us damaged, dirty, and full of trash from the previous people that rented it. The awning wasn’t in working condition, which was brought to our attention at the time of delivery. It was rainy on and off the day we rented it which wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have a working awning to keep ourselves, our small children, and our things dry. We also rented a water tube and the rope they gave us to pull it was way too short, it would’ve been dangerous to pull anyone on the tube behind the boat. We inquired about any kind of discount as we were expecting and paid for a fully operational pontoon and the extras that we rented. The manager, Nate, was extremely rude and unfriendly each time we spoke to him and basically told us “too bad.” Very disappointing. I did give them an extra star because everyone else we had contact with that worked there were kind and helpful. When you hold the manager position though, you should probably have better manners and be willing to work together with your customers to find a solution to make it right.
