Spring

I came to store under the impression I would be able to drop off donations b4 cut off time of 5 pm. Upon arrival (b4 5pm) there was a line for donations drop off. I waited for 10/15 minutes in line- still b4 5pm. An employee came and placed a sign in front of 3cars b4 me to inform us we would not be served. He explained I had to cut off somewhere. The sign stated b4 5. I informed the staff I was here b4 5. No consideration from staff person or management. I spent gas and time as well followed the posted sign. Very disappointing!!!

Great second hand store, very well organized and clean. I did not like the way the check out was organized though. We had to wait in a very long line before we could check out. The employees were friendly though.

I don't know I found that the prices were too high and I'm going to go to other resale shops because they don't gouge the people like Salvation Army is doing now

Associates accepting donations are very professional and helpful. Even though you may have to wait in line but it is worth the wait.
