Our 10 month old (EXTREMELY high energy) lab was with Kickapoo for 3 weeks of board and train. Jason did an AMAZING job with her. Though she was bred as a field trial dog, she is “just” a family pet and her high energy without discipline was keeping her in trouble. Jason had us come in and work with her during training, so that not only were we able to see her progress, but he was able to coach (and correct) us on working with her. We are ecstatic with the discipline instilled in her and she has transitioned very well upon her return home.

Our experience with Jason and Kickapoo Ranch was excellent. We boarded our Lab for 3 weeks while he trained her. Each Saturday, I would travel to Kickapoo Ranch to work with Jason and our dog...time very well spent. My husband and I were very impressed with Jason's philosophy about dog training and the results to date have been worth every cent. The facility was pristine and all of the staff cordial, professional and knowledgeable. This was our first experience with Kickapoo Ranch and Jason's dog training. We look forward to returning for boarding, as well as any needed training updates.

We have been long-time clients of Kickapoo Ranch Pet Resort. This is by far the nicest and cleanest facility we have seen anywhere. The new owners, Jason and Dianna, provide outstanding customer service and have remarkably improved the Kickapoo experience. Our golden retriever trained there for 3 weeks in October, and the results have been outstanding. Jason and Dianna are very experienced professional dog trainers and conducted several on-site training sessions with us so that we were educated on how to handle our dog at home. Bottom Line: We trust Jason and Dianna and the Kickapoo staff with our beloved golden. We don’t have to worry. Our golden has a great time and is well taken care of each and every time. Kickapoo is our exclusive boarding facility, and we are so thankful to have it in the Houston area.

I never have to worry about how my dog is doing, which is a great relief for me! I know he's getting the best care by people who really love what they do. The abundance of activities, and the facilities themselves are incredible. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
