We have used Underground twice now and have scheduled for additional future dates. We have dealt with a handful or processors and I have been very pleased with our experience with Underground. As a small pork producer I feel looked over by many of the larger processors we have used but not so with Underground. I have mostly dealt with Mike, but he was great in answering my questions, and communicating clearly with expectations and how we want our hogs processed.
Professional work. Our clients appreciate their smoked products.
Travis in particular, and indeed the entire staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. If only the owner was as well... Offered one price then billed nearly 40% higher. Can't be trusted. Suggest going elsewhere.
