We have been using their service maintenance for 6 years straight and I couldn't be more pleased. They have very good technicians and sales reps to work with on a daily basis. They are very knowledgeable of the MA codes and regulations. They are very timely when a service call is placed. They are honest and upfront on the conditions of your elevators/lifts and communicate with you on planning future repairs and upgrades for budgetary purposes. Most of all they are very courteous and polite and understand our needs even if it is multiple issues on the same day.
