I had a clogged sink drain past the trap and my 6ft snake wasn't long enough to reach it. I gave Liquid Plumber a shot but it still had standing water even after an hour after use. I came to Wally's on a Sunday to rent a 35ft electric snake and as the gentleman was about to put it in my vehicle I got a call from home telling me the clog finally cleared so I no longer needed the snake. The gentleman understood and was very nice, courteous, and professional as he put away the equipment and cancelled my rental contract and refunding everything. I definitely will come back for any future rental needs.

This is my go to place when I need to rent anything from a Bobcat to tables and chairs. Great fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices, however the deposits are kind of steep in comparison to other places.

Customer service is friendly and helpful. The staff recommended rental chairs that were said to be the most comfortable, even though the rental price was cheaper than the ones I was considering. Pickup and drop off was easy. The prices were comparable to other nearby rental companies. The quality of the items I rented were good - chaffers, tables, chairs and tablecloths.

I want to THANK WALLY’S RENTAL CENTER FOR NOT CHARGING ME FOR A EXTRA DAY TODAY. I was suppose to have my Table back by Sunday, and didn’t return it till Monday at approx. 1:00 pm today. This was my FIRST TIME HERE, AND BY THEM BEING SO GENEROUS, I WILL DEFINITELY RENT FRON THEM AGAIN.. THANK YOU WALLY’S, YOU ROCK..
