I don't hate this place, but this is not a customer service place. You can't come here and get glasses. Please do not try to, you will be very confused. This place is fine for ECP's who need assistance, but that is a very small percent of the population. TL;DR this isn't an eyeglass shop, try LensCrafters.
well if people say they had a good experience working with the Brooklyn park Branch here in MN then i disagree with you all,they have a very bad leadership style and management strategy,they will hire you ,use you during your first three months of probation period and then dumped you,sorry for them they think they are wise, if you are going there try to have them as your Plan B,i went there for the test and it worked as my friends told me,anyway Good luck to those who wants to go and see it,me i m done with them......
Cindy, Kristine, Tee, Jerry,Emily and I am missing a few names here but they are great! Great customer service, go the extra mile to help me with our patients. Any troubles, errrors and questions, they do it all for you. They talk to so many people but they get your name right everytime. I'm impressed with these people. Great job Walman for having great staff members like these on your team! Nothing but good things to say about the team their. High recommend any optical clinics to use their services! They treat you so well and they are so knowledgable in lenses and materials.
