Gillian was extremely helpful and available through the entire process of ordering our vehicle and picking up in time for the new year. Staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My car was delivered as ordered with no hassels.

What a pleasant surprise, I spontaneously stopped by the Cole European Service Center late in the day and asked if someone could help me replace the battery in my Jaguar key FOB which had stopped working and I was unable to lock my car when I was at a meeting in downtown Oakland. A kind gentleman jumped up, grabbed a battery, replaced it and sent me on my way without cost and in record time. Who says you cannot get anything free!! I'm definitely bringing my Jag here next time I need a service!
Had an unpleasant experience talking to Jeremiah over the phone today when i called in to book an appointment. I was interested in a Jaguar F Pace and was looking to get one this weekend but i guess ill take my business elsewhere. Update12/6- bought a F Pace from Jaguar Stevens Creek.

I was in the market for a new full-size Range Rover for about two months, and was not enjoying the experience. I was baited and switched on by one dealer, and then other sales people at other dealerships didn’t seem to know what’s going on in the market. I was connected with Chris Thomas at Cole European, and it was one of the most refreshing experiences I have had buying a new car. It took us about five emails to get a deal done. No games, no BS, a solid straight shooter. Everything he stated and promised was delivered. Mind you I’m about 400 miles away and will only come to him for the next rover. Thank you Chris!!!
