Prior to COVID this was a really enjoyable experience to try coffe and buy various coffee. Now it is still ok but the lack of tasting limits the experience and desire for most of these coffees. This is still one of the best at home coffee options at roughly.75 per cup it isn’t bad.

This is what a gourmet coffee lover’s dream would look like. Beautiful displayed machines, pods, and accessories. Free espresso samples of your choosing at the Tasting Area. A wall of espresso machines and accessories. A wall of coffee glassware, including Riedel-made crystal espresso Grand Crus, and a cool clear Nespresso display case for your pods. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who carefully listens to your coffee tastes and needs and provides wonderful matches. Nespresso has an in store recycling program - bring your used pods to recycle (blue pouch) or get a free UPS postage paid black pouch and take your used pods to your nearest UPS location for recycling. Crowded on the weekends. The line to pay can move slowly. Be patience.

Only allowed two in the store at a time due to Covid-19 restrictions. Long line but staff came out to take orders. Very courteous. Mask discipline was good. TIP: order from home and select pick up at boutique--skip the line!

I had a really good experience. The staff were really helpful and only recommend what I would like. Plus there service was fast and SAFE( COVID).I highly recommend this store.

I usually order online. But I went one to buy capsules for my plus. That experience was good. I was going to buy a 2nd machine, accessories, and cups online. But my mom wanted to get out of the house so I went to the store instead. Maybe it was because of covid. But their customer service not good at all. Especially when compared to the corporate workers I call from time to time. So a 3 is average customer service in the store.

I had bad experience with Kim, the store manager. I am a long time member and plan to spend over 300 today for some capsules. They ran out the flavors that’s available online and ran our gifts that you often get when you buy over 20 sleeves . I asked if I can switch the gift to a different mug as I already have many of the type of mugs in current promotion . Kim rejected my request and keep repeating the policy even she can’t satisfy my order which currently available online. I decided buy a few sleeves ( instead of 20 or 30) . When I was trying to point out which one from the picture over the counter, Kim asked me to move over not to occupy two people’s space ( the picture cross spans two customers space itself). I left the store with really bad experience . I had pleasant experience in this store and Won’t recommend this store anymore or if Kim is on duty.

For the most part I do enjoy the product. Nespresso coffee and machines are great. However, in this location you may come in contact with staff who give off the elitist vibe. That is until they realize that you are purchasing an insane amount of coffee. This doesn't happen to me as often since the long term staff knows that I will always purchase at least 10 sleeves per visit. But you know what they say about judging a book by its cover. And those who do it don't ever change. This can be rather off putting and has lead me to order online more often. If I am in the area, I will drop by for a tasting of the newest offerings. BTW you can get their machines from Best Buy who does price match and offer extended warranties.
