Just purchased a home with a wood burning stove and was nervous as I have never used one before. We hired clean Sweep to inspect and clean it to make sure it was safe to use. Clean, personable, and professional. Quoted and completed a chimney rebuild and liner that others that have quoted over double for the same job. Other companies have showed up to quote us and said that they would not even have attempted the same project on our house. Job was finished in a timely manner. They did not exceed the original quote and went above and beyond our situation.
Inspected and repaired chimney cap, they arrived on time, completed tasks in a timely manner, were very professional.
They showed up right on time and took care of my chimney problems. I will be hiring them again in Spring for the waterproofing. I wish I found these guys sooner. There's too many other fools out there who don't show up or call.
Asked Zack for an inspection and cleaning. He did arrive on time, however, he condescendingly explained how to build a fire, rather than inspect the chimney. Outside, he used two small ladders to unsuccessfully reach the top of the chimney, before telling us there would be a 70 charge to take the big ladder OFF the truck. At no time had he or his office staff mention this charge before he and his helper arrived at our home. Although he is knowledgeable, and a flashy salesman, and I would have purchased other services, his unwillingness to use the proper equipment the first time would keep me from EVER recommending him or allowing him on my property again.
