I first visited this store two years ago for my Halloween costume and received outstanding customer support while I was there. I was slightly high maintenance but the girl I was working with never gave me a hard time even though I tried on like seven costumes and ended up getting the first one I tried on. This year I ordered two costumes online after calling the store to ask for some guidance with sizing, I received them several days before I thought I would.

When they say "no returns or exchanges" they really mean it. Buyer beware. I had my mother pick up a pirate hat for me since she was nearby the store. I looked on their web site and took a picture of one of the hats they had on their web site for sale and sent it to my mother on her phone so that she would know which one to get. So when she got to the store she showed the picture to one of the employee's so that she could get it quickly and conviently. Well the employee by accident told her to get the wrong hat. (they have a few diffrent designs of pirate hats there with red bows). So when I saw that she got the wrong one. I called the shop to let them know that I would like to come by and exchange the hat for the right one, it still had the tag on it and we had the receipt as my mother had bought on accident that day. The lady who answered the phone who said she was the owner, was extremely rude to me. She said it is "not her fault that she bought that my mother made the stupid decsion to buy the wrong hat". She took a bad tone with me right away and was practically yelling. I told her that the hat that I wanted was 2 dollars more so she would even be making money on the return. But she didn't want to hear it. When I hung up the phone. I was practically in tears and it ruined my lunch. Now I have a hat that I cannot use and am out of 17 bucks and have to go to another store and get a diffrent one. And m show is tomorrow night. Do not support this store. They do not care about their costumers. I am in utter awe of how they treated me. Looking at all of the other horrible reviews they have had. I can't believe the place is still in business.
