I bought all my metal from this Business for a 40x80 barn with a porch. The facia was absolutely terrible looking. I called and finally got a hold of the owner and his fix was that he would install gutters on the building to take care of the poor quality that he admitted to having trouble with \on record\ I was not going to finish letting the folks building it put the facia on as it looked terrible. He assured me he would pay to have gutters installed to cover it up. I questioned that as they would have to be 6 inch gutters to cover it up and he said get the price and I'll refund you. I got the price and called him and he refused to do anything after building was finished. I then disputed it with credit card company and he showed them receipts for refunds we got on other metal as it wasn't right either and had to get it somewhere else for it to work and look right so he acted like he already refunded the problem but recordings I have shoe other wise.I have all these conversations recorded and now that it's coming up on a year this coming January I will have to hire a lawyer to get it resolved. I even have the voicemail messages saying check with your guy and we will get this resolved yet he never took care of it. I've let a few know what he done and they went somewhere else. I was blocked off their Facebook page by two different accounts because I put on there what happened. I will be publicly be posting the recorded conversations and voicemails to my news page I run as well. l I've not had time to deal with this and I've given plenty of time to make it right so now I will make time.
