Great experience. Never felt any pressure to buy anything and Joe Brown seemed more than willing to share his knowledge. I purchased our golf cart in May and unfortunately had to bring it back in June when it wouldn't start. I called and was told to bring it back and they'll take a look. When I arrived (towards the end of the day), they dropped everything and immediately began working on my cart. I expected a \we'll get to it soon and call you when it's ready\ scenario but was pleasantly suprised when someone quickly grabbed it and took it into the shop. Within 20 mins, they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back on my trailer as if it were a nascar pit stop. Turns out, my battery went bad, it worked perfectly one day, then bad the next (still showed 12.9 volts but dropped to 2v when put under a load). I recommend Brown's to everyone. Great service. Family operated and it shows! Thank you!!
A family owned business with a great legacy. I would give 10 stars if possible. I purchased parts for a well used golf cart here. The price was extremely reasonable and I'm glad to have not ordered from amazon. Buy local!!!! Amazing facility, top notch customer service, possibly the nicest people in Walworth county! Recommend 100% Thanks Jared!!
