Poor does not describe this ancient model of ticket scalping agency. There are many other places to source tickets for events in Philadelphia. Try the Box Office first, try other secondary ticket "retailers" first - My "experience" here has been nothing short of obtuse. They treat you like you are buying a used car. Find another place online. Find another place in Philadelphia, anywhere but Wanamaker.

They are scam artist buy your tickets else where every time you call to find out where your tickets are Paul is always in the bathroom,we called our credit card company,told them every time we call Paul is in the bathroom ,like they told us,they told the credit card company you got it Paul is in the bathroom and he never calls back.The credit card company flat out called them scammers.

Total rip off!!! I paid for tickets that were never received and was charged twice for them. Trying to get them on the phone is a joke because they are closed on Sunday, which was the day of the event. Complete and total waste of my 70 dollars, which is NOT how business should be done.
