2/25/2021 we have never traveled on a trip in an RV before. One of the best 18 days trip ever. From the first contact with RV84 RV and Ben was extremely easy, very helpful in getting us into the correct RV for our needs. Ever time we called with questions before our trip. Everyone helped guide us through to make sure we had everything we needed. The Mercedes RV we rented was top of the line, very comfortable to drive and worked perfectly. We even had a detailed 24 page \ how to\ book for operating everything in the unit. And if that was not enough we had 24 hour phones number to call for the just in case questions. We had a great experience working with Barry, Pete, Curtis and Ben and everyone else at 84 RV. We first rented a 29' Sunseeker in September 2020 and had a great time in Lake George. The rig was very clean and ran great. It was obviously well maintained. After that trip we decided we wanted to own our own RV. We did plenty of research in a short time and checked out at least 50 different RV's. Comparing everything to the wonderful RV that we rented from 84 RV, we decided to purchase one from them in November 2020.. That transaction went very smooth and we are very happy with our purchase from 84 RV. There was something wrong with the screen door and Pete and Barry replaced it with no questions asked. I highly recommend either renting or purchasing your RV from 84 RV. From a very satisfied customer..
We had a outstanding experience renting from 84 RV! The RV was in excellent condition and was very clean. The team did a great job walking us through everything and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They were also very responsive when we had some questions during our trip. We had an amazing trip in the RV and will definitely rent from 84 RV for our next adventure.
Renting with 84 RV rentals was so easy and everyone on the Rental Team was so nice and helpful. My first time driving an RV was made comfortable by viewing the video ahead of time and getting a very thorough tour of the RV before leaving. My family needed this much anticipated break after being in lockdown for months and our trip was memorable. The team hooked us up with a bike rack for the RV and set it up for us before we left the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, it was uber convenient to be able to park our car there for the duration of our rental. Questions while on the road (and on 4th of July weekend) were quickly and completely answered by Peter. Can't wait for our next trip!!
This is an absolutely amazing company to work with! The gentlemen running this establishment are courteous, professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with! From my initial interactions with them in the sales process, to prompt responses to text questions while we were on the road, they always came through in the the most courteous and professional way. They truly know the meaning of service and creating an amazing customer experience! I wish all businesses were as friendly and efficient as this one. Additionally, they rent beautiful, late model, well equipped RV units to create wonderful vacation memories with your loved ones. We owned an RV for years, and I was as comfortable in this rental as I was in my own motor home, and that says volumes. This is truly a gem of a business! We look forward to our next RV adventure in an 84 RV Rental!
