For a small town, this is a well established shopping and dining area. The cost is no different than other places. The only draw back I had was Target charged me 25 for a pair of jeans that was on clearance for 8.99

This a great outdoor shopping center. Easy to get to. Always decorated nicely during Christmas. I wish they had decorated for the fall season like they have on the past.
