The service and assistance provided by the folks at Warming Trends was fabulous! I spoke with several staff members on different occasions getting answers to my questions and guidance on the process to install a wood burning insert in our home. The crew that came to do the actual install were just as great. They called to inform me they would be showing up early (a rare thing these days) and when they arrived they followed all the health & safety protocols currently required. They finished things in a timely manner and left the work space clean when they departed after giving me a run through of what to expect during the first few uses of our new insert. Our entire experience was wonderful and we love the insert so much we are planning to have Warming Trends install another one in our basement rec room!

Everyone at warming treads made this entire project an excellent experience. The staff and crew were extremely professional and experts at their craft. On the day of installation the crew was awesome they answered any questions I had and the project turned out even better than we expected.
We'd been talking about replacing our inefficient wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. My only complaint is that we waiting so long! Warming Trends offered a fine selection and I was able to order quickly and easily. Produces great warmth and lovely ambience. We could not be happier!
