Excited to have received our Firebottle system so promptly from A1 Racing. We opened it a few days later to install in our car and unfortunately found the bottle to be empty. I sent an email out to A1 on Sunday thinking I'd get a reply first of the week. Much to my surprise I received a response! Brad was very courteous and professional. He immediately went to work sending out a replacement unit and return labels to cover returning the defective bottle. You can buy this system from many shops across the country. What you may not get with it however is the stellar support from A1 Racing. Can't say enough about the wonderful treatment. It's a rarity in this day and age. Thanks Brad!
