Collectively my colleagues and I agree that this was the worst purchasing experience we have seen in our professional careers. Terrible communication skills left you in the dark about the context and progress of your project. It wasn't until 7 weeks in to what was supposed to be an 8-10 week project that we realized they hadn't even started yet. They ended up taking about 6 months to complete the job. The communication was so bad that a lot of features we wanted incorporated into the equipment were abandoned because it was too difficult to get them to respond and we just wanted it done so we could start production. To make it worse, the quality of the work was sub-standard. They say that they do \fully welded seams\ but everything is spot welded and caulked. Square tubing of the frame is even just tack welded in some critical areas. After receiving the equipment we had to bring in another fabricator to fix these issues. I don't write many reviews, but if I can save one person from the cost, frustration and anxiety of doing business with this company, it will be worth it. Spend more money up front and go elsewhere.
