The amount of gratitude I have for the lady that was helping me the other day at this location is beyond any words I can express.. I’m so thankful for all she done for me and her support! This place was incredible! My doctor Cara (or Kara, I am unsure of how she spells it) was amazing. I get anxious going to any doctors whether it be regular, dentist, hospital, gyno, and so I usually don’t unless I NEED to. They never ever made me feel rushed, she was empathetic and made me feel cared about during any types of discomfort, and every single question I had was answered. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Best doctors visit I’ve ever had for anything.

I was hesitant because I've never been to a Planned Parenthood before and Gyno appointments just make me nervous in general. They really do care and talk you through everything. I had a great experience here. Everyone was nice, welcoming and warm. I felt cared for and taken care of. Thank you very much ladies, keep up the great care and kindness!!

i got my ab here like 1 month ago. i loved my doctor (i wish i could remember her name). everyone in the room with me was very supportive and i appreciated it so much considering i came by myself. had no complications afterwards either other than the norm. very trustworthy place.

The past two months coming here has improved. I use to hate coming hear because the workers wouldn't talk to me hardly or anything. Today I walked in at 9, Amy the manager let me in, she was great! She talked to me while she was working and putting my information into the system! She interacted with me and that's always nice especially early in the morning! She made this visit 10x better, she has great customer service and I wish everyone there were like her! I would reccommed this plan parenthood to anyone!

I booked an appointment weeks in advance. Upon arrival I am told my wait will be three to four hours due to double booking. I ask them how this happened. They tell me they have no control over their online booking. That is untrue. If they wanted to they could prevent over booking. There was a woman in there who was still waiting on an appointment from yesterday morning. I wanted to come here because it supports a good cause. A good cause is not a place that can not manage to perscribe birth control within three hours.
