I had a 13 inch \Movies to Go\ DVD player/screen installed on my 2018 Buick Enclave. The staff was very friendly and install looks great. Their estimated time of completion was spot on. The installer provided a presentation of the product installed and answered all of our questions. We scheduled next day service while other competition in town had a 1-2 week wait. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Audio Zoo to anyone.

First time here. The store is set up very professional and has a great waiting area with a nice Roku TV. I had today a Amp added to my highs, and a battery due to more power with now having 2 amps. My installation was done very throughal and professionally. Billy the owner was great and enjoyed his company. He gave me a great price on an additional item I bought while looking at his other products. Over all very happy and will definitely be back.

Great job on the install of my amp and sub! However, customer service needs some work. I had a 9am appointment for what I was told and promised on my receipt was a 3 hour job. My receipt showed I would get my car back by noon. 9 1/2 hours later (6:20pm) to be exact, I finally got my car back! No explanation from management, no apology from management for keeping my car all day, and no offer of a discount for inconveniencing me all day! The technician just handed us our keys and said thanks. Verify they are going to start and finish on time, or within a reasonable time of promised completion!
